SYSOI is vendor-neutral and we mean it. If your tool emits data through an API or a webhook, we can connect it. If it's something we haven't built yet, $3,500 gets you a custom connector inside three weeks, plus $1,200/year for maintenance after year one.
The standard library covers about 85% of the B2B mid-market event stack. The other 15% is your call.
What's not on the bill
No per-event fees. No attendee overage charges. No setup fee.
The incumbents nickel-and-dime per event, per attendee, per integration, per export. We don't. The price you see is the price you pay for the year, including unlimited forensic scans, unlimited handoffs, and unlimited custom property writes to your CRM. The only line item that ever shows up extra is custom connector development — and only if you ask for one.
The pilot
$12,000. 60 days. One event. Credits to year one on conversion.
Every Signal and Intelligence customer starts with a paid pilot. $12,000, 60 days, one of your events run end-to-end on SYSOI. You get the unified record, the forensic scans, the readiness scoring, the CRM handoff — the full product, on your data, for the length of one event cycle.
At day 60 we present the results and you decide. If you convert to an annual contract, the $12,000 credits against year one. If you don't, we keep the $12,000 and you keep the data we built for you. No refunds, no soft renewals, no awkward conversations about whether it counts.
We don't run free pilots. Paid pilots convert at 4x the rate of free ones because everyone — us and you — is treating it seriously.
