Under the hood
We built SYSOI as the answer to the question you've never gotten a straight answer to.
"Is this AI demo real, or is it staged?" If you've ever sat through a B2B SaaS demo wondering whether the AI insight on the screen was actually written by a sales engineer the night before — this page is for you.
Promise one
Every signal you see is generated in real time. By Anthropic's models. Against your data.
SYSOI is built on Anthropic's Claude models — Opus for deep reasoning, Sonnet for analysis, Haiku for fast signal checks. Every output the system produces — every consistency signal, every readiness score, every CFP rationale, every HubSpot mini-dossier — is generated live, on demand, from your event data. Nothing is pre-written. Nothing is hard-coded.
If you don't believe it, ask us to screen-share. We'll run the forensic scan on a live event, in front of you, and you can watch the analysis happen. It works on anyone's data because none of it is staged.
Promise two
SYSOI's AI isn't searching the internet. It's grounded by a decade of real event operations.
Most "AI-powered" B2B SaaS is a thin wrapper around a generic LLM. The model knows about events from whatever it absorbed from public training data — which is a lot of marketing language and very little operating reality.
SYSOI is grounded by the Sandbox Brain — a curated, anonymized knowledge base built from years of running real B2B events across Sandbox Group's portfolio. The Brain captures what actually worked, what flopped, what predicted pipeline, what produced ghost-town sessions, and what the operating patterns look like when an event is on-strategy versus drifting.
When SYSOI's AI evaluates your event, it's reasoning over your data plus that operating context. The model is the engine. The Brain is the specialist knowledge that makes the engine relevant to events specifically, not general-purpose chat.
Promise three
Your data stays your data.
The Sandbox Brain is built exclusively from Sandbox Group's own multi-year operating history, anonymized and PII-stripped before ingestion. SYSOI customer data is never used to train, retrain, or augment the Brain. Your tenant's data stays in your tenant. The Brain is the industry context SYSOI brings to your data, not the other way around.
We're SOC 2 Type II inherited from day one (Neon, Render, Clerk). Our own SOC 2 Type I program is in motion. Connector credentials live in Nango's vault, not in our database. Every domain row is tenant-scoped and enforced on every query. The audit log is real.
Why it gets smarter
Every event you run makes your SYSOI smarter. Not the Brain — your SYSOI.
SYSOI has a per-tenant learning system. Every consistency signal you dismiss with feedback writes a row to a per-tenant playbook of mistakes — so the same false-positive doesn't get raised twice. Every accepted CFP submission that landed well, and every one that didn't, becomes a tenant-specific pattern. Every readiness score that converted, and every one that ghosted, sharpens the model that runs on your next event.
The Brain is the industry context. The per-tenant Brain is your event context. Both grow over time.
What we promise
Open connector spec. Feature parity. No favorites.
SYSOI was built by an operator who owns two of the tools it connects to (Sandbox-GTM and Engage). We're saying that out loud because the obvious question is whether SYSOI gives them special treatment.
It doesn't. We publish three commitments:
- Open connector spec. The spec is documented, versioned, and public. Anyone can build a connector. There is no "preferred partner" tier.
- Feature parity pledge. Sandbox-GTM and Engage get no special treatment in the data model, the consistency engine, or the handoff layer. We publish a parity matrix.
- Architectural neutrality. SYSOI ingests competing tools simultaneously. We do not steer customers toward Sandbox Group tools. Our incentive is to be the most useful neutral layer; that incentive collapses the moment we tilt the playing field.
We're saying it because the buyers we want will ask.
